President-Managing Member
Ileana I. Fas Pacheco has over 18 years of combined exprience in project and operations management, consulting in the private and public sector, government affairs, and engineering.
Ms. Fas Pacheco's most recent public sector experiences include Executive Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Governor's Authorized Representative (GAR) to FEMA, and Director of the Government Development Bank (GDB) from 2005 to 2006, and Director of Puerto Rico's Department of Education, Office of Federal Affairs (OFA) from 2003 to 2004.
She has also worked as Legislative Assistant in the US Congress and US Senate in Washington DC, Asset Management Contractor for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), as Special Assistant in the Puerto Rico Department of State, and electrical engineer in Motorola's Semiconductor Sector in Phoenix, Arizona.
She currently volunteers as Director, Ad-Honorem Advisor, Advocate and Supporter of several non-profit organizations in Puerto Rico including charitable causes such as prevention of child abuse, social, economic and community development, supporting the Puerto Rico Trauma Center, promoting sports, arts and culture, and Community Efforts for Disaster Relief after Hurricane María. She is the Founder and President of Voluntad PR, Inc, a 501c(3) Charitable Organization based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Ms. Fas Pacheco holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird Graduate School in Glendale Arizona, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez Campus.
